In light of the snow day, it seemed like a good day to share the following "Monday Moment":
The other day, Talia was brushing snow off of the car and Katrina was standing at the front door, watching her. I overheard Katrina say this to her:
"Good eye, Tal!.. I don't know what I'm really saying.. good job I mean!"
haha! So funny when they try to use words or phrases they've heard- sometimes they're right on even when they don't know what they're saying ;)
What kind of weather do you have today?
Do you have a snow day?

I am envious of your snow day. I hope you really do make some beautiful memories today!
ReplyDeleteI was shopping for shorts last week, and then it snowed a bunch here too. It's calling for snow the rest of the week, I have to admit - I'm a little disappointed.
ReplyDeleteYes we DID have a snow day today which is saying something because this is the first time school has been closed in over 20 years. Usually they just make the buses not running but don't actually close the schools!
ReplyDeleteIt is quite a snow day here too! Took the day off ... it is nice to stay off the road!
ReplyDeleteWow, look at that snow! How cool. I miss snow, but I have to admit that running around in short sleeves in the winter here in Phoenix is pretty nice most of the time. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a lot of snow! I am personally over winter.
ReplyDeleteWe woke to the same thing today and the kids were super happy! My five year old came in about an hour ago after at least four hours outside. He loved it!
ReplyDeletethe grandkids were all happy this morning
ReplyDeleteWe ended up with a snow day as well. I'm sick, so hubby took the four oldest out sledding and I got a nap with the youngest.
ReplyDeleteWe made it a snow day even if the school board thought differently, lol. Kit Kat loves making snowmen and even shoveling the drive way, so it was an awesome day for the four year old! ;) I stayed in bed with the-cold-that-will-never-end, so didn't get to see much of it myself...
ReplyDeleteIt's really cold and windy, but we hardly ever get snow here. I'm totally jealous of yours!
ReplyDeleteWe never get snow days. Only wishing.
ReplyDeleteNo snow days here, luckily! But it is amazing what kids say like us!
ReplyDeleteIn Hamilton there was a snow day
ReplyDeleteWow,thats lots of snow we are under storm warning tonight and tomorrow with 58 cm of snow on the way yuck
ReplyDeleteOh wow! When I opened the front door, it was also like that after the blizzard in IL!
ReplyDeletesnow snow snow! It's everywhere! I had a 4 foot high snow drift the entire length of my loooong driveway. I conquered it! Now there's mountains of it in my yard.
ReplyDeletei really like snow when it has freshly fallen...when it gets sludgy, not so much!
ReplyDeleteI am a little jealous of all your snow. We haven't had hardly anything this year! I, too, love snow days spent in my pj's!
